Got a call from 346-357-0808. They said they need to speak to me or my attorney. Sound very suspicious!
Got a call from 346-357-0147 from Craig Marshall stating there is a civil filing against Julie ( my legal name is Juliette) and he kept referring to me as a "he" I'm positive it's scam call because anyone filing a lawsuit against me would have to service..
I received a call from Vincent Skyler, phone number 346-357-0147 ext. 419 stating I have a Civil Complaint and that it is imperative that I call him back. He also stated that my attorney could get a hold of him. I am almost certain I don't have anyone filing a civil matter against me. I am going to look into this to see if this is a scam~
Called today, a guy, looking for my grandmother. She is debt free and has been for many years. I hung up.
Same, they have gotten ahold of some of your old information and are trying to scam money from you.
I had someone call asking for my spouse saying the were filing a suit against us for a civil matter , we checked the number this is a scam also we have had a lock on our accounts and on our IRS returns for over 10 years !!! This is a scam and they are very rude and very treating !
I keep getting a call from Mrs. Wallace. She stated that she is from division of global and associates..Address: 1333 Old Spanish Trail Suite G. Houston TX 77054. They are contacting me about a past debt that I've already handled. They are threatening my account is in arbitration and that they are going to file a lawsuit.
A guy named Vincent Skylar called asking and my husband and threating a civil suit and that attorney should call him back asap
Some guy called me and said " why did you ask me that" when i questioned him he said " you know what you asked me" then said he had traced the call. I hung up , they tried to call back again but I did not answer and then blocked the number.

Someone calling herself Sherry Cina called from this number asking about a debt that was discharged 3 years ago. Sherry was adamant this debt was missed and I was going to be served and need to appear in court if I didn't participate in arbitration.
Calling Family and ex husband from 30 years ago.

A guy named Mr. Praxton called from 346-357-0147, ext. 419. Left a message on my phone. He said he was notifying me of a civil suit filed against me. He needed me or my lawyer to call him back. He did know the last 4 of my social. I do not know how he got ahold of my information. I do not have any suits filed against me. I called the number back from my work phone, you can hear a call center in the background. This is a SCAM!
