Got a call from this number on my hubby's phone. Called them bk, asking who they were, lady said they would delete number. Am concerned because message said it was small claim court, and they would be serving papers in 24 hours.
I get calls from this number all day and no one is on the line spam

I received a call from 346-326-1204 on Monday, June 21 2021. The call lasted for 11 seconds, then hung up. On Wednesday June 16,2021, I received a call from 346-326-1143 and it also lasted 11 seconds before disconnecting. I didn’t speak or push any buttons, nor did they. Is there any significance to the 11 seconds on both calls?
