Who called me from this phone number (346) 299-7447

Some variant of 346-299-xxxx calling daily, every hour(have to block a new number each day) when I DID answer no one spoke until the 7447(days later) asking for someone named Albert Banks. I said wrong number and hung up. Had this number for years so it's either scam or Bill collector looking on OLD debts.
