Hello, From the Netherlands I a sending a complaint about this number +1 (346) 236-0038 too. Through Instagram I have been talking to someone sinds 10/02/2021 and a month later this person appeared to be fake. It is a scammer on Instagram, Hangouts, Whatsapp using the identity of Lee Collin Baxter from the UK. I blocked this scammer on Hangouts, he disappeared from Instagram but on 24/03/2021 I received another Whatsapp message with a sad smiley face.
