Who called me from this phone number (336) 842-0600

They call, ask if their speaking to me, as in if their speaking to the right person. They have called several times, this last time, to say on March 25th 2019, she said this was a recorded line and asked if I could hear her ok. I said yes and she hung up. This number had done several variations of this, always hanging up once they had established my name. This is getting very concerning, how do I report this? Its harassment isn't it??
