Water testing kit arrived by mail. Believe it was official government request. Sent sample.Three days later received phone call saying water was contaminated and attempting to set up appt with a technician. However, when learning home was a condo and all residents in community were on city water, caller immediately back peddled and said it was city water and perfectly safe and hung up.

They call three to four times a day, really fed up, it was a lady saying they couldn't get a reading from our sample, I thought this sample was from our city found out different when she said they would have someone in our area go to get a good reading of our water, found out who they are and I don't want anything they have to sell. Such and tired of these calls.
