Who called me from this phone number (336) 487-0299

Call to say that I owe NC state money from 2019 taxes extra because I’m a healthcare professional. I ask why they’re threatening to garnish wages when I’ve never been notified and that they should just have taken extra fees from my 2019 refund. Asked that I pay over the phone. I declined and said I’d prefer to get a mailed letter.
