Who called me from this phone number (336) 443-1003

Missed the call returned a call to the number. A woman recording stated that it was a political call. Latter same day received a call a man stated he was confirming that I was attending the Legislative visit at the capital in Raleigh NC for April the 10, 2019. He had my address and then asked my name. I gave my name and he ended the call.
