Who called me from this phone number (336) 438-2302

I got a call from this number too. I could hear the sound of their breathing. Not like prank call breathing just normal breathing. The thing I found funny was all the background sounds from their roosters. They called several times and I declined every call and that is when they finally left the voicemail with the roosters and breathing in the background. Very strange call.

I'm in the UK and got a call from this number. I can't think why Bellsouth Telecomm Inc from South Carolina would call me in the UK??? If I called back it would cost a lot presumably.
