Who called me from this phone number (336) 281-8211

I tried to go to the Website www.complaints.donotcall.gov to Report this number but the website does not exist according to my laptop ? 336-281-8211 keeps calling my cellphone every week. I Blocked the number but I still get alerted whenever they try calling me and it's annoying already. Can't you trace the number to an exact location so we can send the Cops there to raid the place and put an end to these Scam Artists Frauds ?
