It was a child that called claiming to be from Medicare. His first name Damaris so he said

I have been getting calls from this number at least twice a day for about two weeks. I have blocked this number, but it will still ring at least once. This morning at 2:43, it came in twice, waking me and my husband. Calls like this should certainly be stopped, and should have to pay my phone bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
