Who called me from this phone number (334) 206-8018

A man just called and ask for me. I told him that I wasn't in. And asked if he wanted to leave a message. He abruptly declined. I called back and it's a voice recording claiming that it's a Disability benefits line.

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME AND NEVER LEAVES A VOICEMAIL. I HAVE EVEN BLOCKED IT, BUT IT STILL KEEPS CALLING ME.
