The caller left this voicemail and the voicemail message definitely sounded link a recording and not a live person leaving the message. The voicemail message was: “Hi this is Marissa Martin I'm following up regarding your eligibility for loan forgiveness it looks like your application is incomplete and needs to be submitted before the end of the forbearance deadline it's urgent that you return the call to complete your application prior to payments resuming as a reminder all loan statuses qualify even those even those in default and garnishment if you could please call your dedicated eligibility counselor at 949-593-3066 to complete your application and finalize your enrollment as soon as possible as benefits are offered on a first come first serve basis again the number is 949-593-3066 please be sure to provide your approval code 213005 when speaking to your counselor to expedite your call thank you and have a wonderful day…”
