I've just received a call from the same number. The regional code is so far away from my area. No reason to receive a call from there. I didn't answer. No message left, they've probably been scared by the message not in English from my voicemail.
Credit card theft, identity theft and i-phone scam, You tube impersonator, victims are young.
We too are experiencing what the top complaints are saying. This number calls repeatedly in our office and it is very annoying!!
