Unknown number keep calling

Called the number back from a different number. She asked if the number I was calling from was the number they called me. I said no. She asked for my number, I asked what she called for. She asked for my name. I asked , why she called. She said have a good day and hung up. I have blocked over a dozen 325 numbers in the last month and they just find another to call me from.

I received at least one call from this number and the woman asked to speak to R____, who is my ex-wife and has never lived in this house and has never had my phone number. I asked the woman the name of her company and she quickly said " 'something' financial services", so I assume it's a debt collector. How do I report this to the FCC?
