Caller ID read 323-642-14261 (extra 1 at the end) Asked "is [name] there?" when I said "no" the guy with an accent said "well, there's no message, we'll just call back later".
phone number violator 323-642-1455 Phone number reported to FCC complaints. Blocking phone numbers like this is worthless, they just spoof and call on another number. For years I have blocked phone numbers with 4 to 5 pages of numbers and these same people call you on another spoofed number. These violators need to be found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please file your complaints to FTC and FCC. Eventually enough complaints may result in phone providers are ordered by FCC to block these violators. Or better yet, deny them service from their providers due to terms of service violations.
I was called by this number at 6:49am about breast cancer awareness. I believe it's a violation to call that early in the morning.
