Actually got the exact same message from someone named Shayna Warner from Ellington & Associates. Same BS, about civil lawsuit with a case number, supposedly packet sent, blah, blah, blah. Was supposed to call back 866-959-1583, which I think I will after I'm home with some not so nice verbage. Who the heck are these people? Does Ellington & Associates know their name is being used (there is a law firm with that name), or are they part of this??? SICK TO DEATH OF SCAMMERS! I work too hard, take care of my business and pay my bills. LEAVE ME ALONE!

I got a call from the same number and with the same message give or take. Different name and different county. But they seemed like they were representing an attorneys office. Yea not falling for that. Sorry now that I see these comments.
