Who called me from this phone number (321) 806-2240

Got a call from (32) 806-2240 today at 10:59 am didn't answer as my cell phone was on my desk charging. No message was left on my voicemail, I did call them back, a compsny called "Investo", got a prerecorded message about selling my home. How did they get my number, who knows!
