they say initially that they are from "card member services" and want to get me 0% interest on my credit card which I already have. when you ask too many questions, they hang up. Now the number is not in service. the caller ID stated 917 903 1768 which is not true. why can't these calls be stopped?
They say they are offering me 0% interest. I even got him to state a company name “Reliant Consultant Group”. I already have a 0% credit card so if they were my actual credit card company, I would expect them to know that! I am on the Federal DNC.
