Who called me from this phone number (321) 425-8065

I live in Florida.. This woman with a Spanish accent called and asked for a name I used when I bought a cell phone from a well known cell phone provider. When I told her my real name, she transferred me to a supervisor n then she said she can’t talk to me bc I’m not the person they were looking for. But I am! That was the fake name I used when purchasing a cell phone! I was told I could use a fake name on this cell phone account bc my ex bf was harassing n abusing me! It sounded like a debt collector!? Did someone steal my identity?! ??? Gonna find out more info.
