Who called me from this phone number (321) 350-0535

Received a call from 321-350-0535 several times a day. This number has been blocked. Now it's the same people calling from different numbers, also received a text from this number pretending to be some company working with Dr's office. These numbers I am receiving 10- 20 times a day all day and night. This is so annoying can someone do something about this.
