Asks for donations for Firemen, Highway Patrol, and veterans. Nice deep voice-likes to call himself, Tom or Bill. He scammed my mother for a long, long time, up until she passed away. Now that she's gone he is calling my home and cell phone numbers. I don't even know how he got them.
