I received an automated call from 412-552-3177 saying they are charging me $148.00 for Platinum service for my PC and directed me to call customer service at 320-289-6614, I did not call since I suspected it was a scam. A few days before that call I had an issue with my PC and I went to MS help on my computer. There was a big sign on that site and it said for faster service call this number. I called the number and unfortunately it was a scammer not Microsoft and I let him into my computer. I could tell immediately that he was not addressing the problem and I told him to get off my computer and that I did not intend to pay him anything. He never fixed the problem. I don't remember if I gave him my cell number but that is where I received the call.
