Who called me from this phone number (319) 462-1051

I have received multiple calls from this number and several others from the same area-code and exchange that identify as "SSI": 319-462-xxxx (1050, 1051, 7055, 1048, 5840). In my case, it appears to be a voter persuasion/suppression campaign in the form of a very stilted opinion survey. I have sent a "do not call" request to "Survey Sampling International", though I can't be sure they're actually who's making the calls.
