319-264-2858 "Potential Spam" was caller id. Thank you Frontier telco. Called my landline and never got past the prompt: “Hello. Calls to this number are being screened by Smart call blocker. Please say your name after the tone, then press pound.”
Voicemail left said to push 1 if a man, 2 if a woman.

FTC does nothing
I have received a call from this number with the name "unavailable" every Saturday afternoon between 2 and 4 PM for the past 4 weeks. I'm never home and they never leave a message so I have no idea what the point of their stupidity is!
If FTC has had 52 or 53 complaints why in hell hasnet FTC done something about this call and other call like this

Does not answer call. Unsolicited calls are HARASSMENT and should be punished under the anti-stalking laws of the United States. AND the phone service provider that allows these calls should be find for not instituting the Caller ID Authentication System that unmasks fake names and numbers.
