Who called me from this phone number (319) 220-6367

Wanted to know if I'd like to save $144 per month in medicare out of my social security check. I told him I was only 50 and didn't qualify for medicare. I told him you have to be 65. He called me a liar and hung up on me. I tried to call back many times but got an automatic hang up.
