Who called me from this phone number (319) 220-3109

Just got a call from here too. I don't answer unknown calls and most times they don't leave a message. It's usually something political or health insurance related when I Do answer or get a message. It is SO annoying tho because I'm always worried it will be from work or my son's school and from a number I just don't have in my phone yet, especially when it's the right area code.
