Who called me from this phone number (318) 314-2878

Fraud text claiming my bank acct has been frozen. Has a link that if you click on it would redirect your ph or possibly download virus. I have received multiple messages like this from various numbers. And I think they are all related. Have reported them to all official sources. I hope they are caught and locked up on federal charges.
