This is a telephone exchange that has multiple number that they roll-over to avoid call blocking. IE: 318-257-6491, 6492, 6493, 6494, 6495, 6496, 6497, 6498, 6499, Please copy paste this into your report to the FTC. This company is robocalling private cell phones without prior permission using a rollover number to subvert blocking attempts and doing this to numbers listed on the federal "do not call list" without requested intervention of the phone access provider in this case AT&T has refused to take appropriate action
