Call to me in Florida. Recording mentioned Indiana Prison System and I hung up. I am on "no call list." Wonder if it's possible to sue the Indiana Prison System?!

Calling to Illinois now. Same as above. this call is supposedly a 2 minute free call from the Marion County (IN) jail. it is usually followed up by a caller from a toll free number stating "someone called you from a jail and you can receive calls if you pre-pay using VISA blah blah blah". Yes ! It’s a Scam!! Months before received Calls from a guy no name 1-800 # (blocked) now this past month of August this new phone # (blocked). In one day I received 6 calls, and left 4 VM saying same stupid things as months before: “the phone , blasphemy , is me baby”. WTF! And then who make 6 calls the same day and started this harassment at 2:57am? This need to stop! Is annoying AF!
