These people are stalking my relatives and I do not know how they find their numbers. I'm seeking out a lawyer to stop this harassment.

They called my dad who was smart enough to call me first. I also found a message from them left on my phone too, wanting contact information from dad and telling me I need to call Brendy by 5pm today. I called Navient, not the Brenda person. Navient has a log of their callers and what the call pertains to. There was no call log for this Brenda person. My account is in good standing so they said they have no reason to contact me. Also, my dad's number is in no way associated with my account. I then went a step further and called the number 'Brenda' left. You get a hokey voice saying you have reached Navient and person connects right away asking for your account number. Navient doesn't do this. Hell no one does this. The automated system always gets your info after a ton of steps before you talk to a live person. When I started questioning the guy on the line he hung up on me, lol. So I would say this is a scam, not spam.
