Complaints about Phone Numbers317-932-####

I asked several time that my number is in the do not call list and continue calling me every 15 minutes to offer me disability insurance. I called back the number and at the electronic message I push the option 2 to remove my number their calling list for more that 4 times and they continue calling me. I need help to stop the calls!!!
