Received a call from this number and it dropped off. Tried to call back and they put me on hold.
Received a call from this number asking if I was the person that could verify if an employee was active in employment within our organization. I responded yes and he asked me the same question again. I responded yes again. He then asked if I needed the name or the SSN of the individual. I stated that either would work if he was able to provide me with the signed authorization document that the employee is allowing me to provide their information to him. He responded with, "So, you can't provide a verbal yes or no to the question?" and I stated, not without the authorization form and he hung-up on me.
Called demanding to speak to the head of HR. Asked over and over. I politely tried to explain the policy and she started asking for my manager.
