ILLEGAL Unsolicited Fax Violation "Under Indiana and federal law it is illegal to use a fax machine to send an unsolicited advertisement. An unsolicited advertisement is material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any property, goods, or services which is transmitted without prior express invitation or permission, in writing or otherwise." I have NEVER given them my permission!
This company is in VIOLATION of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the Junk Fax Prevention Act. I will be reporting them to the FCC & the Indiana Attorney General!
