Who called me from this phone number (317) 676-4700

Received a call from 317-676-4700; caller with thick Asian accent asked for a family member by name and knew our address. The woman identified herself by a first name and said that the company she works for recently bought a house in our neighborhood. She did not give the name of the company she represents. I told her that we do not have any relationship with her company and that she was in violation of the 'do not call registry' and that she was breaking the law. I repeated it twice that she was 'breaking the law,' and then she hung up.
