They do call a LOT! Frustrating. Never leave a message.
They call multiple times a day, I reject/block they don't leave a msg.
I block this number and they still get through, I have not requested any medicare insurance.
Received 5 phone calls from this # over a about a 3 day span and every time I answered no one would respond. I finally got sick of it & called them back after they called me at 9pm on a Monday night. It was Navient which was strange considering I wasn’t late or anything on my payment. The rep acknowledged I was not past due and wasn’t sure why they were calling me and couldn’t explain why nobody was responding when I answered. She said she was going to make a report on the persistent issue but who knows if that will ever happen. Annoying to say the least

I called the number back. This is Navient (they have some of my student loans). If they keep calling, let them know that, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code § 1692d, such actions are prohibited: "A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section: …. (5)Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number. (6)Except as provided in section 1692b of this title, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller’s identity."
