Received cell phone call from 317 550-3588 Saturday as a missed call. Have received 37 unsolicited robo calls since Monday 9-16-19 on landline and cell phones.

Answered the call but it was totally silent. I assumed it was an automated dialling system and just hadn't been picked up by a human yet, so I hung up.
