Early morning call from 317-497-9496 No one says anything just annoying

I need people from this number to stop all me I don't know need anything fro.the.

Called 3 times in a row

Recording over and over. Even blocked number and somehow the same exact number calls everyday. It's only 2pm and I've had 8 calls from same number since 11:15 am...

Gets you to say "Yes" then hangs up. An automated message is also playing saying "Your Number has been added...." but cuts off before you can hear for what its added to.

Foreign caller had my name (pronounced incorrectly) stating that I could save on auto insurance and that I had requested it which I had not. When I stated I was suspicious because I had just gotten a call from another number with the same exact wording; he said I had a right to be concerned but that he would transfer me to an agent to save me money and asked what car I had. I gave him wrong makes and models of my cars even though he did have my name and address then he transferred me to an agent. When I asked that agent how they got my name and number as I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and she said I filled out a request online to get a new quote. I stated "I did not" and that I would be reporting them, so here I am......
