Who called me from this phone number (317) 447-5259

Received call today, recorded message from "Allison" at EDU??? about my recent registration. Woman said go to [removemeplease,org] but the site is blocking general information from BING.I did not register with her and did not go to the site. I don't live in Indiana. I registered last week for the FTC do not call registry.
