I finally picked this up after repeated calls over the past 2 weeks. It seems like they gather public information about your mortgage when you buy a house and offer you a lower interest rate (so they say). Sounds like a call center somewhere in India. He was nice, I said no thank you, hopefully thats the last time they call.
