Who called me from this phone number (317) 343-9588

I keep getting random calls from strange numbers. Daily sometimes it’s a robocall others just bombarding my phone with voip calls. 10 per day. Depends also I’ve noticed they’re calling “certified” so anyone getting Stange numbers and just because it states certified by carrier does not mean it is. It’s meant for you to call back have your data sold to the next scammer the next because it’s more luqiritive. These people don’t have no ethics morals nothing. Hell they’ll steal from an ant if they could dipshits
