Who called me from this phone number (317) 316-4280

Unsolicited call offering to pay cash for any home we might want to sell. Initial call had a different number (likely spoofed) of 317-548-0676, but the voicemail left on my iPhone revealed this different number (seeming to come from a nearby town?).
