Called for my daughter and wouldn’t talk to me even after I said I had guardianship. You could clearly hear a bowling alley in the background so I hung up.
Claimed as Anthem and asked for my son's authorization to talk with me. My son gave her his name, our addr. and she also asked if we have different addr. When she asked for his Insurance benefit ID, I took over and asked her to talk to me. She hang up. Be careful! I'll call into Anthem to verify further.
Anthem is looking into it.....talked to a great woman today from Anthem....she went the extra mile to check into this number.....there is a chance it is legit.....today proves there are still some great people in the world.....this woman went above and beyond at her job today to try to get to the bottom of it.......cant thank her and Anthem enough....
Anthem says this is a scam number.....please turn into police if this number comes up
Just got a call from this number saying they were anthem.....called back to find out if it was legit and was put on hold...no one ever came back on....now no one will answer....tried calling from other numbers and still no answer.....this is a scam number....needs turned into police

Same thing saying they are from hip and I now have no way of telling if it’s fake or not.
