They said they were conducting studies for Indiana residents. Said I was randomly selected and I said "It isn't random I put my number into a site and now I keep getting calls from unsolicited numbers. I refused to do the survey and she became annoyed and kept saying "It's really important and will help a lot of people" I told them that legitimate companies don't bother people on the weekend and to not call me. She kept insisting that she calls back at another time. Don't answer.
Calling a leaving message repeatedly that my ss# has a security issue and call back to resolve. Has to be scam. Who do u report this too?
Left VM stating ISDH doing a study on health of Indiana residents. Left call back number of 855-276-3506 for questions, or they will try back in a few days. I could not find this number on the ISDH website, so have not called it back as I believe it is likely a scam.
Live caller claims to be conducting health survey with Indiana Health Departments and CDC. When refused, he offered to give me another phone number & a website for verification. Declined & hung up. 2:00 pm Thurs. 4/23/20
Left a message claiming to be from the Indiana State Dept. conducting a study on health. Called 03/12/20 and left a message. Called again 03/30/20; no message. It's a scam of some kind. The number is NOT from the IN gov. Do NOT talk to them.

What good does it do to be on the DNC listing when people like this still call? We didn’t answer but she left a mumbled message...barely coherent...saying they had three questions that needed to be answered. Needless to say I didn’t call them back.

This number should be listed as SCAM and be stopped from calling as a research call as it exposes much lifestyle detail !!! They call at night and undercut the Indiana dept. of health when I tried to check them out.
