Unsolicited Fax Violation "Under Indiana and federal law it is illegal to use a fax machine to send an unsolicited advertisement. An unsolicited advertisement is material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any property, goods, or services which is transmitted without prior express invitation or permission, in writing or otherwise." I have never given my permission to receive their unsolicited advertisement but YET here I am with an ILLEGAL unsolicited fax in my hand from them!
