Who called me from this phone number (315) 937-2061

I returned the call twice, first with my caller ID blocked. The response was “the number you dialed is not answering. Call again later. The second time I called, it answered with “Please enter your phone number so we can appropriately deal with your call...”. If they don’t answer with who they are, they’re not worth my time. This came through my Google Voice number, which is in the same area code as the caller. My actual phone number is in three states away. They never call that one.
