Who called me from this phone number (315) 696-3140

Called said he was from Microsoft, second time they have tried to contact me. Called Microsoft the first time and said they do not contact us by phone. Second time I didn't know who was calling and said no I didn't need anything and hung up. Caller called again and I let the phone just ring. No voice mail.
