The caller said his name was Michael Caine, calling from Orange and Rockland unit #392, and asked me to acknowledge my name.. I asked what he wanted ,and he hung up.

An Indian with a thick accent called himself "Gary" and laimed to be from an energy company and in looking at my file, could offer me a better rate. I asked what rate I was currently paying...he couldn't tell me. I asked him what my address was...he couldn't tell me. I asked him what my name was...couldn't tell me. I asked what was in the file he claimed to have...he hung up.
