Who called me from this phone number (315) 512-2283

They call ALL the time, even if you try to reason with them and ask them not to call you anymore. Like 99% of these companies they are most likely illegals, they all say their name is an American name, but the POOR ENGLISH and accents give them away- along with the simple fact they do not feel they should obey American laws. It is illegal to keep calling anyone who asks you to STOP!
