Who called me from this phone number (315) 407-2392

Received a call from Daniel Smith at this number and he was to update software on my computer. With access to computer he ransomed me for more than $1000 or he would totally block my computer to never work again. Ransom required multiple $100 i-tunes cards being purchased and numbers sent back to him.
